High Achievers
1)Make no small plans
High Achievers- These are the people who excel in terms of skills and responsibilities. Results-driven and motivated, they work to a high standard, with little need for supervision or hand-holding.
If a high achiever is going to do something, they're going to do something that requires big plans. Going towards the top is never easy, therefore they have a well evaluated detailed plan on what they are planning to do and how. They go step by step in order to not mess up and have to start all over.
"A Dream without a plan is just a wish"
You can't just say you want something and expect for it to occur on its own. You have to work up to it until you succeed this goal. But you can't go towards your goal without having a plan in your mind. Or else things can go ways you didn't expect. High Achievers will reach their goal with little to no help on their own to be able to say they did it.
2)Do what they fear
If someone tells you not to do something because they're scared you might succeed, do it. Most of the time people don't wish good upon others although they say they do. People are very envious although they may hide it. If they see you doing good, they'll most likely try to do bad to you on the lowkey.
"People fear what they don't understand and hate what they can't conquer"
A friend can be a two face and wish bad upon you while pretending to wish the better. They can say they want to see you succeed but can be hoping you don't.
3)Are willing to prepare
do what it takes for your benefit. if you have to prepare then do so as long as its for your best.
4) Are willing to risk failure
just do it. i can't promise you that you'll always get what you want but just go for it. you won't always succeed and indeed fail but get up and try again.
5) Are teachable
teachable- to learn what one is being taught
It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
it's a teachers job to teach kids what they have to be taught. but it's also their job to make them become interested. Fill them up with knowledge of various things making them want to learn more and more. they get paid to awaken us and get us to feel that feeling of joy from the knowledge they are passing on to us.
6) Have heart
People have to realize that some situations happen without being anyone's fault. It just happens whether we wanted it to happen or not. People have to have a heart and not go around breaking others either. They must have a heart and have sympathy for them, unless there's no other way then okay.
The hear tis made for multiple purposes although its main purpose is to pump blood and keep us alive. It's better to have a heart without words than have words instead of a heart. Words are just chosen letters from the alphabet put together to create a word, it has not much meaning compared to the heart. It's like mind over the heart. The mind would go for things that they believe are better rather than what the heart really wants.
REFLECTION
The Six Attitudes of High Achievers are very important. I somewhat agree to making small plans because sometimes small plans can unexpectedly result into huge deals impacting our lives in a positive way. I like to challenge people and do what they fear. It makes things more interesting and more fun. I'm willing to prepare if I really have too. If not there's a big chance I'll just wing it. I'm willing to risk failure if that's whats bound to happen. If I fail oh well, I can get back up and try again. Many things are teachable, there's just a limit. I have heart, I consider it at times but sometimes you just have to be cold-hearted. I won't commit to it, they'll just happen.
